Our members share an appreciation and love for the City Creek and Memory Grove parks and natural settings. Whether as a place to honor our war heroes, an easy escape from the city, a place to enjoy the outdoors, or a favorite trail to walk a dog, our members are unified in their appreciation of Memory Grove and City Creek as a unique and valued asset to Salt Lake City.
The Memory Grove Foundation advocates for the preservation, maintenance, and enhancement of Memory Grove and the green way along City Creek.
Originally formed in the 1970's, the Memory Grove Foundation has advocated fro the parks and green spaces along City Creek. The Foundation was instrumental in attaining investment in the parks following the 1999 tornado. Today, the Memory Grove Foundation seeks to facilitate community involvement and contributions towards the improvement of Memory Grove and City Creek parks
